Refund Eligibility

2. Dissatisfaction with Service:

   • Refunds may be issued for unsatisfactory service delivery, provided specific concerns are communicated, and we have been given an opportunity to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Delivery of Service:

   • Refunds will be issued if services promised under a contract or agreement are not delivered within the agreed timeline and no alternative arrangements have been made.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

• Change of mind after services have commenced.

• Delays caused by client inaction, such as failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

• Completed services where deliverables have been fully provided and meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Refund Process

2. Review and Resolution:

   • Our team will review your request within 7 business days and may reach out for additional details or clarification.

   • If your request is approved, we will notify you via email and initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Timeline:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

In cases where partial services have been delivered, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request.
